Cinder House

Cinder House is the bag we keep on our own counters. Grown at 1,750 metres and fully washed, it lands somewhere between a fruit-forward pour-over and a sturdy morning espresso. Expect cocoa nib up front, a swing of red plum through the middle, and brown sugar that lingers long after the cup is empty. Forgiving enough to brew half-asleep, layered enough to reward attention.
