Saltwick

Saltwick is the loud one. A dry-processed Ethiopian heirloom from the Gedeo zone, roasted light enough to keep every volatile note intact. The aroma is almost unreasonable — jasmine and ripe blueberry — while the cup itself stretches into apricot and a clean, tea-like finish. Brew it as a slow pour-over and give it room. This is coffee that argues with the idea that coffee should taste like coffee.
