Glass Harbor

Grown in the mineral-rich volcanic soil between three volcanoes, Glass Harbor is the diplomat of the lineup. Dark chocolate and almond form the backbone, while a thread of orange peel keeps the whole thing from getting too comfortable. It is the roast we hand to people who say they do not like coffee, and the one they come back for. Equally happy as drip, press, or a forgiving espresso.
